Flippin’ Friday #64

It’s Flippin’ Friday! Yay!  A time to share our great flips we have been having…especially with the holiday season!

Last week, we had flip stories about Brighton sandals with heels, two 1992 Hasbro Surprise plushies, a 42 piece set of Onieda 18/10 Stainless Flatware, Cat by B Kliban book, German dioramas, and some Star Wars Legos.  GREAT flips everyone! Congratulations!

If you have a great flip you’d like to share, just write it in the comments section below! We love reading them! Just be sure to include your item, what you paid, and what it sold for in the end.

Have a great weekend! And if you have any “New Year’s Eve” listings you’d like to share, link them up in “Show and Sell” on the righthand side!

I sold 2 lots of plastic pokemon figures (belonged to my son) for 17.00 each. I didn’t even realize people still cared about them! Another thing to watch for at yard sales. I’m really into collecting things and putting them into lots.

Pokemon is still huge due to the video games…I’ve seen adults playing their games on the Nintendo 3DS at the bus stops–against other adults in Tokyo! I’m trying to get my 14 yo daughter to sell her fancy Pokemon game-playing cards & figurines/plushes too! I’ve sold talking Plushes for $12, and a Marshmallow Bed (w/out air mattress)–it’s like a sleeping bag too. Keep an eye out for them!

  7. I love estate sales! Especially when there is a little shoe box full of old glasses (frames not drinking.) Every so often I find fabulous vintage 50s vintage frames, usually for $1.00. I just sold a pair in my etsy shop for $50.00, and have sold a few others for around $50 as well.
