The  first Hard Rock Cafe opened in 1971 with the majority of the chain expanding in the early 80’s.

The growth of Hard Rock began the collecting of the various pins that have been made for each location. These pins have a great following. Collectors are willing to pay $10.00-150.00 for these pins depending on location, rareness of the artwork, and condition. Check out Ebay for the different kinds that are being sold.

And remember to search those thrift store jewelry counters, boxes of mixed jewelry at garage sales, and dresser drawers at estate sales.  I’m sure these have been passed over as an “unwanted item” many times over.
