Flippin’ Friday-#98

Happy Flippin’ Friday! School is starting, the weather is changing….and the selling season we’ve all been waiting for will be beginning!

Last week, we had some great flips involving a Blue Willow pattern mug w/Georgian Ear handle, a 2007 Pokemon trading card game world championship COMPETITOR yellow carry bag, and a Chinese export silver box.

Awesome flips! Thanks for sharing and congratulations!

If you have a great flip you’d like to share, just write it in the comments section below! We love reading them! Just be sure to include your item, what you paid, and what it sold for in the end.

Looking for more great flips? Check out some more great Flippin’ Fridays here and all the great things to look for under “The List” at the top.  And I always keep my list too at the top under “Flips”!

Have a great weekend and happy hunting!

Another Pokemon flip: 9″ Togepi Plush Toy 1998 Rare GameFreak/Play-by-Play Version $34 (paid $2)–and to Canada, Woot! –so no Free Shipping! and Finally: a NIB Palisades Toys Muppets Swedish Chef & Lobster Banditos Figures-RARE 2003 Comic Con Exclusive $68 (paid $3), w/ FS. BOLO those exclusive Comic Con figures–Lots of Collectors! I’ve seen this one go as high as $98, but I kept dinging my price down, as it’s been listed for months and months. I’m happy!!

I had a couple of awesome flips this week – I scored 5 vintage Taylor & Ng mugs at my local TS. The first I sold at auction was a set of 2 that I call “Adam and Eve” based on what I researched (one has a man, one has a woman, neither has, uh, clothes – artistically speaking:)). The pair at auction went for $50. I still have a second set of these to list – I think I will do a BIN or BO of $75 and see what happens. Spent $5 for the 2 sets. The 5th Taylor & Ng mug I found for $.50 and flipped for $53. And lastly, thanks to one of the many boards I read, I listed and sold my daughter’s 7-11 Slurpee machine that has been sitting in the cupboard for the last 7 years for $72! Going to the Netherlands…IF they pay (fingers crossed). I was seriously going to donate that thing the next time I cleaned closets until I read that that they sell.:)
