Homeschooling multiple ages can definitely bring some challenges when choosing curriculum or activities. Wouldn’t it be great if you had some activities that could be shared with a range of ages and still be educational for everyone?
These educational activities are designed for children ages 9-14 (grades 3-8). They offer enough flexibility to keep a younger or older child engaged and having fun while learning about the same topic. These topics include ocean animals, the Amazon rainforest, space travel, and restaurant ownership. Each let your child get a glimpse of what it would be like to be a participant in those “worlds”.
And even better? Each activity has 10 days of lessons! Each engaging lesson incorporates multiple skills so you can use them for different subjects.
These activities are structured so you don’t have to do a lot of planning but are also flexible if you need to adjust for your children’s learning style. All offer hands-on learning, problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and a lot of fun! Each lesson is approximately an hour, but can be reduced or lengthened based on your child’s needs.
Homeschooling multiple ages doesn’t have to be difficult. Using activities like these can free up a lot of time and energy so you can focus more on learning and less on frustration.
You can find all of these activities (and more!) in my Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT) store or click the pictures below to take you to each activity!
